What currency is used on your website?

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Are your gift baskets nut-free?

No, we are not a nut-free facility.

Are all your gift baskets Kosher?

No, not all our gift baskets are kosher. We do have a selection of Kosher Gift Basket.

Do the items in your gift baskets come fully wrapped?

All food comes fully wrapped; there is no open food.

Do I have to create an account to place an order? 

Yes! You would need an account to place an order online.

Can I order multiple gift baskets in one order?

Yes! You can add multiple gift baskets in one order.

I want to change something about my order. Can I do that?

Yes! Please give us a call at 1-888-688-2757 (Toll-Free) so we can assist you.

Do you require the recipient’s phone number?

We highly recommend providing the recipient’s phone number to avoid any delays.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that we do not accept cash in the store.

Can I substitute an item when I place an order?

Please give us a call at 1-888-688-2757 (Toll-Free) to discuss any substitutions or additions you would like in your gift basket. All Baskets are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute contents for an equal or great value.

Does the gift basket look the same as what is shown on the website?

The gift basket items or containers are subject to change due to stock availability throughout the year. Please call for inquires.

What type of products do you use? Are they fresh and good quality?

All our products are brand name and of high-end quality. We ensure that all of the edibles are made by some of the most famous and well-known companies, which include Lindt, Godiva, and Castello Cheese.

Can I arrange a pick-up when I place an order online?

No. Please give us a call if you would like to arrange a pickup at our store.


DELIVERY

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across all North America, Canada & USA.

Where do you ship your products from?

We ship all our gift baskets at our warehouse located in Toronto, Canada.

What if the recipient is not at home when the gift is delivered?

Our local drivers will make sure that it is a safe neighborhood to leave anything and if there is a safe area (i.e covered porch) to leave the gift. We highly recommend providing the recipient’s phone number to avoid any delays.
UPS/Canada Post may take an item to the local depot after leaving a pickup slip.
Please make sure that the address you give us is accurate and correct. Delivery delays can occasionally occur if there are address inconsistencies.

I want to place a large order. What should I do?

The most convenient way is to download our Order Form from our website. Our order form is located at the top left-hand corner of our website. Please fill out all the information and send it to gifts@nutcrackersweet.com 

Can I add my own branding or greeting cards?

Yes! You can add custom cards, ribbons & labels to your gift baskets.

Where can I download your order form?

Our order form is located at the top left-hand corner of our website.

I want to add my logo to the gift basket. Can I do that?

Yes! We are currently offering customized logo baskets. Please contact us for more information.

When is the last day I should order to ensure Christmas delivery?

Please refer to our Delivery Information regarding the deadlines. 

Can I create a completely customized gift basket?
